Hiroshi Tanabe

田辺ヒロシ

1990 多摩美術大学グラフィック・デザイン科を卒業。
その後、ミラノのアカデミア・ディ・ブレラ大学で絵画と彫刻を学ぶ。
1994 ブリティッシュ・ヴォーグ」誌主催セシル・ビートン賞でグランプリ受賞。
1998 作品集blue mode(光琳社)出版、ニューヨークADC賞金賞を受賞。
2003 作品集#2(グラフィック社)出版。
2012 ヴィクトリア&アルバート博物館で作品5点所蔵後、展示。

Hiroshi Tanabe was graduated from Tama Art Collage with degree in Graphic Design.
In 1990, he furthered his education at Milan's Accademia Di Brera to study fine art.
He is the winner of British Vogue's esteemed Vogue/Sotheby's Beaton Award for fashion illustration in 1994.
Tanabe was awarded a gold medal in illustration by the Art directors 78th Annual Awards for his illustration book,"blue mode".
Recently, 5 of Hiroshi Tanabe works has been in the collection at Victoria and Albert Museum.
